Gerber Omega saves pdf with white outline

When we save a pdf from a plt in gerber it puts a thin white outline around it. It is only a problem when we have to send out a file with color to the edge to a supplier. Any ideas? Thank you in advance

HI, Isn't a outline but just a border job... But on Gerber Omega (6.5) you have 2 choices with PDF. One of them is without border...

I've found that almost all files saved out of Omega to be printed through another process (like wide format) need to be ran through Illustrator to fix all of the issues. We have one customer that only has a Gerber and we do their wide format printing for them, it can be a real pain redoing the gradients, etc sometimes.

Gary Welch what version of Omega are you using?
What program are you opening the PDF file in?
Can you download and open the attached pdf file and tell me if it has a white outline?
