Getting a Feathered Edge on an Image

LUV DEM TIGERS

Is there an EASY way to get a feathered, or air brush effect, on the edge of an image to make it look like it fades away? I would be interested in learning something that is consistent all the way around and something that looks almost like distressed/tattered edges.

Sorry, the one file I am working on now is a combination of raster and vector. I can all convert to raster if needed. I currently use Coreldraw 2017 even though I have Coreldraw 2021 (I just don't like some of the "improvements" they made and can't get use to it.

A macro could be setup for this but it would use the same dpi & the amount of the blur would always be the same and not necessarily best for all scenarios.

Corel is easy. Convert everything to one transparent bitmap and invoke Edit Bitmap. In Photo Paint, if then image is not an object then Object->Create->From Background, then Object->Feather. When you get it how you want then Save. It will appear back in Corel Draw in whatever state it was in when you saved it.
