What’s up Printing World.
Has anyone come across this issue?
I’m using a Mimaki UJF-6042 MK ii.
I recently upgraded to LUS-120 ink as it makes more sense for the substrates we sell.
So we transition from a hard ink to flexible.
Everything went well with the changeover but recently started to get this “gradient” effect in my printing results. More so with “Reds”, yellows, orange. So I would print on a phone case and about 3 quarters of the case is red as I wanted but the top portion of the phone case transitions to a black..
I’ve been doing everything under the maintenance umbrella. Manual cleans.. you name it.
If anyone has some insight to this phenomenon please help a brother out.
I’ve attached a photo of this.
Cheers
