GoSign Won't See S3 Summa

Engstrom Graphics

Summa S3 - been working fine for a few months. All of the sudden - GoSign doesn't see the device.

I go to Devices in GoSign - Edit - and both USB and WiFi list the device in the window. I click OK (on either or, I've tried both, unplugged USB, re-connected Wifi from control panel on cutter, shut everything off, etc.). Then I click Output to Roll and the next window pops up and it stalls out......gray dots, and never finds the device. USB checks out fine in Device Manager on computer. Weird thing is how GoSign shows them both under Edit - but soon as I go to run the job it doesn't see the cutter.

My local help is nonexistent, and Summa support hasn't helped me at all. So here I sit - with a bunch of prints laminated, and ready to cut - and my new machine can't be seen by the software to cut anything.

We're having this same issue... When trying to cut with GoSign after using Onyx CutServer we have to restart software and machine to get it cutting.. And vice versa when trying to cut with Onyx CutServer after using GoSign.. Same issue happens with USB and WiFi

Not a fan of Winplot, we have it installed also and same issue happens even using it. Also screen is at the "Home" position, been there countless times thinking why my cut does not start after modifying settings so thats out of the window. We get the job done but we have to restart machines and software before and after cutting with different machines and softwares and as you can think thats not really practical way of doing cut jobs.

Negative Ghost Rider, the pattern is full.
We have an s2 and have had similar issues with the network setup. We switched to USB, the problem has sent away.
