Got my 2nd trademark scam in a week

We are going through the trademark process and I just recieved our second scam in a week. This one is notable because of the amount they are requesting. For USD1650,00 I can register to be in the International Catalogue of Trademarks - 2012. I only have to send the money to some place in Hungary.

I wonder how many actually send money in on these bills.
