Gradient issue using Production manager

Hey all, i'm having issues printing gradients using flexi sign and production manager. When i rip and print a gradient file through PM i'm getting banding through out the gradient itself but when i rip and print the exact same file through Versaworks the gradient fades perfectly. Is there something i'm missing or any tips anyone can recommend for me?

Flexi doesnt handle gradients very well. This has been well documented.

in flexi production manager, under advanced color management make sure your rendering intent is set to relative colorimeteric for your gradients. Seems to work great for us....
