Gradients in Flexi

We have the Mutoh edition of Flexi and I was doing a small print and noticed that for some reason on the gradient it only printed where the words were at. I also noticed before I had done a gradient that was orange red and then yellow. For some reason all it did was print a little orange and then red with no yellow. I am doing all my design work in cs5 if that helps. I know I read on here about other people having problems but couldn't find it again.

Are you flattening the image in Photoshop? If not try that then open the .PSD in Flexi and your gradients should print fine.
