Graduation Banner Stakes

Does anybody know of a wholesaler that sells banner stakes to accommodate up to 36"H banners? I saw them on a site awhile back and now that I am searching for them cannot find them anywhere. The ones I am looking for are plastic poles that are stuck in the ground and have 2 tie down ropes off the top of each stake.
