Graphics standards package

Received one of these 5 page Graphics Standards Package from a client who has merged with a large company with more of a corporate image.

any whooo.... there are 2 PMS colors used throughout, but never indicated to be Coated or Uncoated. I'm trying to figure out how to interpret this. Would it be that either is allowed, depending on the process?

Pls opine.

my guess is solid coated, but you always could call them and find out for sure

isn't it just matte vs gloss? I know uncoated colors are a bit muted...i figured it was because it is matte finish

If it doesn't specify I'd assume coated.
