Graphix advantage

Hey guys and gals, my graphix advantage is acting weird, anyone know how to bring the strip on top where it says file, edit, etc...?

I know it sounds simplistic, but, have you tried right clicking to bring up na option menu? Not familiar with Graphix Advantage, but that works in Corel, and Illy I think.

This happens to me every now and then. I reinstall the software from the cd and I'm good to go.
