Graphtec 8000-130 not plotting with even pressure

Hi All,

We're working with a graphtec 8000-130, and recently it's been giving us troubles. After setting the cut condition, and running a test cut, everything looks good. As the vinyl advances, and the tool moves away from the origin, the cut gets really shallow. Over the course of a 12" length, we're talking barely scoring the surface.

We've tried a new blade, the grit rollers are clean and in good condition.

Any ideas?

The tech said he often gets call where the knife is not set in the holder correctly. Here's a picture of one. Is yours the same?
