Graphtec ARMS Issue

I've been using the plotter to contour cut for a long time and it's worked great. However a few weeks ago we upgraded the firmware and haven't used it to contour until today. So now it won't even read the first reg mark???? I'm not sure if something is wrong or it has to do with the firmware??? Any help would be appreciated.

OK, fixed it. Dumped the memory on the plotter and it reset itself.

You mean you turned it off and back on?

No, it's called a NOVRAM dump. Holding the up arrow while turning the machine on and following the steps.
