My cutter is stuck on load media. Any help is appreciated.

A little more info might be helpful. What have you done or not done to attempt to rectify the issue? Have you shut it off and restarted it? How about your OS? ?????????????????

that is all it shows, i have been running this cutter for 3 years with no problems. i do get a novram init when i power up but it will not go beyond "no media"
