GRAPHTEC CE 3000-60 Small Copy Problem

Brushworks Plus

New Member
My Graphtec is about 5 years old. Recently the cutting has gone bad when doing small text. :banghead: Arial font seems to be the worst. All lines, even straight ones, are crooked and choppy looking when cut. The starting point and ending point don't match up when weeding. I looing at the text on my monitor and all is good. Any help on configuring this major problem is greatly appreciated.
:thankyou:Jeff, BRUSHWORKS PLUS, llc

If you have never changed your blade holder I'd start there.

The blade will lean during the cuts and will make your start and stop points not match up on zeros and o's for example.

If straight lines are crooked, the likelyhood of the cuthead carriage being loose is very high. Relatively easy to fix and fairly common on Graphtecs with a bit of age on them.

PM and I will supply you with my phone number to help you out.
