Graphtec CE Lite 50 not communicating with CM4? HELLLLLLPPPPP!!!!

So I have a brand new Graphtec CE Lite 50. I have downloaded all of the necessary drivers and the CM4 plug in for illustrator 2021.
Unfortunately it seems as if CM4 is not communicating with my graphtec. When try to send a job to cut, it loads up in the cut window. When I try to click the "poll size" button, I get a message that says "cutter is not responding to poll size". That's my first red flag. Then when I hit send, it sends the job to the CM4 window and it either just sits in the "hold" section or if I get it to the "Output" section the "status" will just stay at 0%.
Some one please HELP

Attila, thank you for trying to help. It turns out it was because I was using a bunch of usb extension cords. Once I switched to one solid cord it was all to the good.
