graphtec ce3000 mk2 Feeding issue

Our plotter just recently started doing this. It will load the media, find the left and right edges but when it tries to find the top edge it just keeps feeding until the roll is empty. Any solutions here?

Check if it is on sheet, change to roll.

Yes, Sounds like it is on Sheet instead of Roll 1 or Roll 2.
