Graphtec CE5000 120 Y Position alarm

I have a problem, when loading media, what ever mode roll 1, roll 2 or piece the head moves to left of the rightmost rollermark and then the display says Y Position alarm, i have tried almost everything, cleaned the sensors, moved the media and the rollers to different positions but every time the same thing happens, can anyone help me please.

I'm having the same problem with my FC7000-160. The alarm goes off as soon as the carriage starts to move. Not sure what to do here. When a tech gets out to me i'll reply with something to look for.
