Hopefully someone out here can help me with this. Having major problems connecting to the Graphtec via USB cable using cutting master through illustrator. I'm getting a connection timout error everytime I use the cut/plot command from within Illustrator CS3. Using Cutting Master v. 1.5. I've uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers and software on two different computers and am getting the same thing. Anyone else having this problem? Anyone know how to fix it? I've left messages with Graphtec but their support seems pretty non-existant.
