Graphtec ce5000 problem

The plotter has stop cutting anything sent to it from flexisign 10 and is just cutting a numbers and letters along the right side of the material. Does anyone have an idea of what is causing this?

Sounds like your command mode has been reset either in Flexi or in the ce5000.
They have to match or it won't work.
Graphtec's can be set from the keypad to switch between GP-GL to HP-GL.
I'd bring it up on the pad and then switch to the other option and see if that fixes it.
Not sure were the option is in Flexi 10 to set the command mode.
Might have to reload the driver for the Graphtec to reset it.
