I have always used a Summa for my vinyl cutting needs but I now have a Graphtec CE6000 (which I love!) but am not fully familiar with it yet. My issue is ... my control keys will randomly stop working (example: Will not feed material through manually, some buttons just stop working, etc.)
Usually I can turn it on and off and it will correct itself or release the pinch rollers but not alwats. I had to plug it into an extension cord and it worked fine for a while but after a few weeks started doing this. Is it possible there is a power supply issue? Any direction is greatly appreciated! Thanks
