Need Help Graphtec CE7000 suddenly overshoots corners

First: I am not a heavy user. I use my cutter every now and then, maybe 20 times in a year.

Using (The latest version of) Illustrator with CM5 my CE7000 suddenly overshoots corners. As a 'solution' I reinstalled CM4 but it does the same (all settings were deleted).

Does somebody know how I can solve this issue?

I'm thinking if the pass was going top to bottom, then it appears the swivel blade isn't tightened down and is perhaps rotating in place at each turn and rectifies itself on straightaways. Anyone else have ideas?

Im with Kev. Easiest thing to do is make sure everything is tight. Make sure your blade isn't sticking out any farther than you need as well.

Thanks guys, I followed your tips and replaced the blade also. The problem seems to be so small now that I only can see it magnified!
