GRAPHTEC FC 8000-130 Head problem (coil?)

Hello,

We have a GRAPHTEC FC 8000-130 Head problem (coil?)
Everything works fine otherwise.
The head won't go up and down.
Graphtec advises the entire head assembly needs to be replaced.
If anyone has some ideas on how to fix it or has parts,please contact me .
