Question Graphtec FC 8600 does not cut all of the job

My Graphtec plotter is not cutting as it should it cut the job to the right but not the one to the left.
Anyone knows how to do? See picture

i'm not sure if its the same with every RIP, but this can happen when the stroke outline isn't the right color. The outline should be 0C 0M 0Y 100K .

Are you sure the file is correct?

It just looks like the outline for cutting was printed, so it's not an actual contour line. Double check you have all contours as actual contours.
You don't say what rip or software you're using....with Flexi, it doesn't matter the color, as long is it is a converted contour line.
