Graphtec fc 9000 loosing Cutting Force, not cutting properly

Hey, iam using a Graphtec FC 9000 with a Holder/Knife Setup for thick Vinyl. Iam producing Motocross Graphic Kits. But since some weeks, even if i change the Blades the Cutting Lines are getting random. So the Cutter cuts some ways very good, then stops and getting really really sloppy to cut through.
My first thought would be the Teflon Strip. Could that be some Problem? Its a little bit worn off. Or which Problems or Signs should i watchout for.

Greetings

I would replace the cutting strip 1st, especially if there is any uneven areas or parts where the blade has cut thru. Then the blade holder. Be careful with knockoff blade holders, while they may look identical, they are not the same quality as OEM graphtec.

Have you updated your Graphtecs firmware as well? Also, our FC9000 sometimes gets confused and has to be turned off and on again to work as expected, which may be a static issue or possibly its internal cache.
