Graphtec FC2250 Offset failure

Hello all,

since a few days I own a Graphtec FC2250, it works everything good so far.. he reads the cutting marks perfectly, but cuts everything with an offset of about 10mm.

What could it be, does anyone have an idea?

There are 2 slots for the blades. did you use or sent job to the right one?

I think so.. the right tool (Tool2) is working and I set it in conditions..

I also tested it with tool 1 there are the same problem..

maybe some adjustments from offset from the cutting marks or something?
