Graphtec fc3100-120 whats it worth??

I have the opportunity to pick up an older graphtec fc3100-120 48" vinyl cutter for a back up machine guy wants a whopping $275 dollars for it...whats it worth??? For a backup seems reasonaable!!!

what year is it make sure it has usb ports and not serial cables the old ones dont work well on new computors

picked it up last night he got me for $350 threw in 5 new rollers, 10 blades,8 pens,new teflon strip, and the stand for an extra $75....lol...works great...btw!!!

it doesnt have usb its an older model i think 2000 but i have an older xp tower i use with flexi 8.1....personally ive had better luck with serial ports than usb..less rip errors for some reason!!
