Graphtec fc7000-160 cutting issue

Hey guys,,,we recently moved from one location to another one
after we setup all of our printers and plotter..we tested everything out..the only problem we had was our plotter.
it won't cut at all...we tried a test from our software(nothing)...it carriage will move..but the knife won't go and cut into the media..so tried to do the cross cut ..same thing won't come down to the media
any ideal what's going on
