Graphtec FC8000-130 firmware update

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to do a firmware update to the FC8000 over a network? That's how our plotter is connected to the PC and when I hook up a laptop running on Windows 7 the firmware update software won't install properly. I've put in a call to Graphtec about that but no hope yet. Any feedback would be appreciated.
