Graphtec FC8000 in Flexi 8.6v2

I am attempting to setup my FC8000 on a new Win 7 desktop to cut out of Flexi using Cutting Master 2. I had this setup this way previosly on old desktop but can't get it to function on this new one. Don't know what I am missing.

I installed Flexi, installed CM and when I try to cut out of flexi, with CM open, it trys to open production manager and never gives me the cut window.

An ideas?

We use flexi production manager to run plotter. We have a graphic fc8600 and loaded the plotter and drivers all through production manager.
For some reason flexi pro really like using production manager to rip and print.
