Need Help Graphtec FC8600-160 Having trouble with Cutting multiple panels.

I am having trouble with our plotter every time we have to split printed artwork to multiple panels. It seems when it gets to the left crop marks, it thinks I had loaded the whole artwork and passes them or doesn't scan them at all. Is there a setting I may have missed that makes it stop doing that.

I think I solved the problem. Upgraded to Flexi 19 and it stopped doing it. Must have been a bug in Flexi 12.
