We have purchased the i-designer software from Graphtec and are having some issues with it. Their support team leaves a lot to be desired when you call them. We are using this program to make templates for rhinestone setting on garments and such. As long as we are designing in straight lines the system seems to work fairly well when it comes to spacing out the cut outs for the stones. When we try to do anything with curved objects we get a lot of empty spaces and overlapping of the cut outs. Are any of you running this software in your shop and have you had any of the difficulties that we are having. Your input would greatly be appreciated. Hope you all have a good weekend.
