Graphtec info...

so we're getting closer to purchasing our first equipment and the new quote sent over shows a Graphtec FC5000 48" cutter.. thing is i only see information on a 54" FC7000 when i search.. is there such thing or is this a CE5000? Thanks.

edit: the graphtec site is "under construction" so thats no help btw

No such thing as the FC5000... More than likely a simple typo.

FC7000 & CE5000

your probably seeing the FC5100 series, and it is actually a discontinued model replaced by the 7000 series

the 5100 is still a good machine and still serviceable by all techs and supported, at least by our dealer

without trying to start a war on here, my opinion is kinda like the CE series is for hobbyists and the FC series is for the serious sign maker...

yup, thanks for all the replies, he meant the CE5000, i've since told him we're gonna stick with the FC7000

man I have been cutting all day. Graphtech rules if the fc is better than the ce, its like having a hemi
