Hello everyone, we are having some problems with out Graphtec Plotter at the moment. It keeps reading the error " Off Scale" is there a easy fix for this problem?? Thanks in advance!

Assuming it's saying that after reading the ARMS marks. It typically happens when the sensor picks up something other than the mark.
