Graphtec questions

I have recently bought a graphtec fc3100-60..I have been looking thru the manual..and don't want to sound dumb, but how do you change the direction of whats being cut??
I got it from a sign shop where the owner has passed away, and I am kind of having to teach myself. AND, WHERE IS THE "SHEET CUT" BUTTON?? Don't tell me I have to MANUALLY CUT vinyl. (I only have been using my roland 540 for EVERYTHING.)

You are lucky that you get your second hand, I get mine from Ordway Sign Supply, and I have question about changing the direction of cut, they ask $100. just to talk to me.!!!!

you should be able to select sheet or roll from the menu after loading material
