Need Help Graphtec replacement parts

So I have a vinyl express plotter from sign warehouse which is just a rebranded graphtec. Well the glides that the pinch rollers slide on have wore out but signwarehouse won’t sell me replacement parts unless a tech comes out. The plotter is almost 8 years old. Anyone know where I can get the “glides” that the pinch rollers slide on?

You can probably get them by calling Graphtec USA. We had a 1992 model FC2100 flatbed that lasted until 2016 (!). They helped me with obscure parts several times.
