My city is about 25% Mexican, Honduran and Panamanian. Ten years ago it was about 5%. Two or three blocks of just empty stores has been brought to life by these people, actually one family owns about 40% of the real estate and businesses in that section. They were poor Honduran immigrants 25 years ago. I've done 2-3 signs for them. They speak English fine, not everyone else...
The language barrier is a bit of a problem, but generally it works out. I took 3 years of Spanish in HS but for the life of me, I can't remember much.
