Now I'm really super pissed off that I bought the KEY banner (2 rolls, 54" & 38")

I had no idea they were reverse wound which in my opinion $uck$.

. . . and the 38" roll has a defect throughout the entire roll

as if it were multiple pieces that were welded together to make the 38 inches.

Lesson learned, I will suffer through this crap and then be back to PEAK banner

on the next order.

I actually prefer the reverse wound.... less contamination on the material.

As for the defect, definately get that replaced.

Just wondering why you don't like it reverse wound? Like mnapuran I prefer it that way. It keeps the media cleaner and I've never had an issue feeding it through a Versacamm.

We realized this as well but determined our machine can run reverse rolled no problem. What machine do you print with?
