GS6000 New Cartridge Shows 1%

So I have a full roll to print with quite a bit of black. My blk cartridge is at 2%, so I decide to replace it with a new one fresh out of the box/bag and go home. Put the new cartridge in and the ink level is flashing at 1%. I've reinstalled the cartridge and restarted the printer to no avail, ink level still says 1%.

Anyone have this happen? Any solution?
