GS6000 printhead installation steps

Hi All
I'm in NJ and willing to buy two new printheads for my machine please help on the beliw:

1- how to install the printhead in strps or video.
2- what should i look at or may be change or coean during my installation of the new heads (like dampers, cap, ... etc)
3- the best place i can buy the printheads from please.
