GS6000 wont power up

Today I replaced the Dampers on my GS6000 and it will no longer power up after doing this exchange. Do you think the head cables could have been damaged? Would that cause it to not power up?

I see the main board blinking so I know the PS is working. The head cables might have been damaged but I don't see why the machine would not power up based on that.

HELP!!
