I have an old GS750+ plotter we use for sandblast stencil. Recently the Y axis motor stopped working. Ordered a new motor (which grainger told us was the replacement number given for the orig. motor), from Artisan Technology Group. New motor here and put on. Now that motor will not work and the Motor for the drum will energize, but will not turn the axis. Feels like it gets some power, but not enough to make it turn. Is it the board that the motors plug into? What could the problems be? Thanks in advance
