Need Help GSPplot Backcut

I have an Backcut issue with GSPplot.
I made my design in omega made an outline in in new layer named it backcut.
When I am in GSPplot I go t Backcut select the layer backcut and go to rules.
Now there is the problem I cant do anything there everything is grayed out I cant select anything.

I use Omega 6.0

I'm I missing an step?

Nobody can help me?

I made an simple oval wit an outline give the outline an new layer (laag2) no fill and strokes go to gspplot to backcut and this is what i get see picture.
