guidance request about versaworks

Hello , I m trying to connect between versaworks and roland sp300 but I could not ، I had no experience of using Versaworks before , I'm using windows 7 last version and Roland versaworks 5.1.0

Roland Versaworks doesn't work with SP-300 models but does work with SP-300V models. If you don't have the V model there is a way to convert it but I can't remember off the top of me head.
