GX 24 Incorrect starting position

When the vinyl is loaded and I turn on the cutter, it goes to the left to measure the vinyl (where it is supposed to stop) and then goes all the way back to the right. When I send it back to the left it reads 0 inches. I can't override this in CutStudio.

Check to make sure your firmware is up to date. Roland came out with an update I believe last year. that might solve the issue. We have had ours for over 10 years and had an issue when we upgraded the computer it was on and had to reinstall everything from scratch. Hope that helps
