GX-24 Not Cutting corners

From what I have read, and seen on here sounds like it could be because I have the original blade holder in the machine. I saw some links to get a new blade holder but I do not remember them, if someone can point me in the right direction that would be great. The company I bought the cutter from only sells the plastic OEM ones for $50.00

Thanks!

What do you mean...is it rounding the corners and not square, if so it could be your program "offset" setting or on your cutter....standard blade offset is 0.250mm. Changing settings will alter from square corners to round and vice versa, some programs have a check box for auto round corners too.
Dust in the bearings, material stuck in between the blade/ holder, broken or dull blade.
I am still using the original blade holder after 7 years and I usually clean and use a very light oil every couple of months and it's fine.
Top of page 39 shows cutter settings here.. https://metalab.at/wiki/images/2/2b/Cuttr_Manual.pdf
