I have a GX-500 (I know it’s old) but It has been running flawlessly, but yesterday I tried to read crop marks on some printed holographic vinyl and it found the first mark then just completely stopped. I thought the reflection might be messing it up so I put some matte clear transfer tape over the marks and same thing happens. Once it stops it says something about switch to tool mode on the display.
