h1625 negative pressure issues

the power went out and upon restart i was getting a negative pressure beep warning. this has happened in the past with no issues upon restarting the machine. once restarted the pressure was so high the cmyk side back filled into the ipt (ink protection tanks). after removing the ink from the ink protection tank and resetting the negative pressure reader in the carriage i can not get the pressure set back to 3.2/3.4. the reader goes fluctuates from 0.0 to 2.3. the efi ui on the computer ranges from 4.3 to 5.7. im able to print fine no issues there. any help would be great
