I could have seen one of my professors doing this if this had existed out in the wild like it does now in the last century when I went. But they would have used it to fail the kids. I had one professor (micro biology, which was already a weed out class) that was in competition with another one for that very thing.
Ultimately, this is the biggest concern that I have with this level of automation. That 2nd/3rd generation of user won't know what it is abstracting (some even "early adopters" don't) and we get this point that people aren't even bothering to proof read (which is an indictment of the education system now in general that has quite honestly promoted this type of laziness with the heavy handiness of tech and early usage of it (some areas early compared to others, at least here stateside)).
