Has anyone ever had a different font print than the one that is on the screen?

So we are doing a 48' trailer wrap, one that I have printed dozens of times, but the difference is I have always printed it from my version of Flexi which is the HP version 19.
I sent it to a new guy in the shop and he has the latest and greatest version, 22 I think, and it showed correctly on the screen, but printed a different font.

I can't figure out why it did this, any ideas?

I've seen this. Not through flexi, but another rip. It's likely not a supported font. The fix is to outline the font for your production file, then it's not a font anymore - problem solved.

Yeah I just figured it out, the font used on all parts of the wrap is Eras ITC Bold, when I clicked on that one it is something called Eras BQ which I know isn't on the other guys computer, I assumed it was right because it looks like all the other fonts, problem solved
