Need Help Has anyone had this problem before?

Has anyone had this problem? I clean my printhead manually and with a hard automatic cleaning. It goes back to printing perfect and then after a couple of hours I run another test print and it looks like this again. Feel like black is leaking or something. I have a mimaki CJV30-130 the printhead is about 10 years old. It’s been use a decent amount but not crazy, maybe 5 hours a week for the last 10 years. Think it’s time for a new printhead?

Could be airlocked, bad pump or failing manifold in the print head.

Just replace wiper before becoming to mad about this and check if it goes out/extends completely to the full printhead coverage... It can be lots of things but this is the most common, specially if you see the printhead test prints good after print like 5-10 cms of full ink coverage pattern
